Conditions:

  • All parts carry a standard 1 year replacement warranty thru SDI.
  • Product with part #'s beginning in UU have a 30-day warranty thru SDI.
  • All laptop batteries carry a DOA warranty only - RMA for battery must be submitted within 3 days of reciept.
  • Any item with valid RMA # and sent back within 30 days of orginal invoice can be credited to customer account or repaired/replaced,
  • Repair/replace RMA #'s are valid for 14 days from time of issue.
  • Credit RMA #'s (starting with C) are valid for 7 days from time of issue.
  • Credit returns must include original packaging with all manuals, disks, and accessories.
  • RMA number must be referenced on the outside of the shipping container and a copy of RMA paperwork inside the box.
